Fun, adventure and breathtaking scenery await your family at Colorado Trails Ranch, in the San Juan Mountains outside historic Durango, Colorado. Your stay at CTR will be filled with horseback riding on scenic trails, fly-fishing in mountain streams, rafting, trap-shooting and hiking. Children will have the time of their lives making friends and discovering new activities in CTR’s children and teens’ program. In the evening you can enjoy a hayride & campfire sing-along, western dancing, cookouts and relaxing under starlit skies. Our array of activities, friendly staff, excellent food, cozy cabins and spectacular location will make your Colorado Trails Ranch vacation one you’ll always remember.

Lodging:
Our cozy, beautifully decorated cabins will easily accommodate families, couples and singles. All cabins have comfortable porches and private baths for each bedroom.
 
Recreation:
The ranch offers an array of activities for the entire family. Our Western riding program is tailored to accommodate all ability levels, and instruction is an integral part of our program. We offer a full service fly-fishing program with over two miles of private water on the Florida River, special guided trips on the San Juan River, and stocked fishing on ranch ponds. In addition to horses and fishing, guests can enjoy our heated pool and hot tub, exciting river rafting, guided hikes, trap shooting and riflery, archery, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball. We offer an optional guided trip to Mesa Verde National Park (at an additional charge). You can also expect an evening at a Victorian Melodrama, western dancing and a hayride and cowboy campfire sing-along.
 
Food:
Indulge yourself. Whether it's breakfast or dinner in our magnificent dining room or a cookout under Colorado skies, CTR mealtime is a special time. Savor home cooking with garden crisp vegetables and salads, fresh baked breads and desserts, as well as choice meats, fish and poultry grilled over an open fire or baked to perfection. We can accommodate most special dietary requirements.
