Day 1: Barcelona
Private car transfer in from cruise port or airport, with English speaking assistance. Full day escorted city tour with local guide visiting the famous Ramblas, Montjuich, the Gothic Quarter, the Port area and some of the famed Gaudi buildings. (No entry frees to monuments included). Accommodations. (Hotel not included in tour price)

 

Day 2: Barcelona-Costa Brava
Depart by private, air conditioned sedan to the magnificent Costa Brava, enjoying a scenic coastal drive from Lloret de Mar to San Feliu de Guixols. Afternoon visit to Figueres with free time to visit the famed Salvador Dali Museum. You may choose from charming coastal hotels or the impressive Parador of Aiguablava (two night stay required on weekends: Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun). Or perhaps a nice hotel in quaint Girona. Accommodations. (Hotel not included in tour price)

 

Day 3: Costa Brava-Girona-Montserrat-Cardona
Short drive (or stroll if staying in town) to medieval Girona, for a morning walking tour, including the cathedral and old Jewish Quarter. Continue to spectacular mountaintop Montserrat with free time to visit the Monastery. Continue to the ancient Parador of Cardona (two night stay required on weekends), dating from the 9th century - or return to the Parador of Aiguablava if two night stay required. (Hotel not included in tour price).

 

Day 4: Costa Brava or Cardona-Barcelona
Return to Barcelona. Free afternoon and accommodations. (Hotel not included in tour price)

 

Day 5: Barcelona
Private car transfer to cruise port or airport.
